Pop-up Pied Piper of Hamelin

Pied Piper, a strange fellow, lands in the mice-infested Hamelin, promising to help the Mayor rid the town of the pests in return for a reward. However, when the cunning Mayor refuses to keep his end of the bargain, the Pied Piper decides to teach him a lesson.
