The study examines the impacts of cartels in the daily life of a consumer in three major sectors - agriculture, education, and transportation. This report explores the cartel behavior in private schools in Nepal with regards to fixing fees and how private schools manage to circumvent government rules along with understanding how certain interest groups control this sector.
