A Treatise on the Constitution of Nepal 2015

The volume contains a summary of the proceedings, a review of the Constitution’s provisions, as well as individual essays by 29 contributors - framers of the Constitution, constitutionalists, jurists, and social scientists and practitioners from Nepal, South Asia, and overseas. The topics addressed by the working range from comparative constitutionalism to significant elements of the new Constitution, as well as aspects that might require further work and amendments. Overall, the essays make a call for the implementation of the Constitution according to its letter and spirit.
