TFTe - Torture Free Teaching Environment is an eBook based on the concept I developed out of my rich experiences in education in Nepal for more than two decades - initially as Primary Teacher, then as Vice-Principal, School Counselor and Principal of Secondary School and with some more recent added experiences as Teacher Trainer and Adjunct Faculty for MBA and EMBA at Kantipur Valley College (KVC) & MSc Ag. (ABM) at Himalayan College of Agriculture Science & Technology (HICAST) in Nepal. I have created a Synergistic Amalgamation of Counseling Psychology and Buddhism Philosophy to craft an easily executable framework that can end all forms of torture used in schools and families.

Being dissatisfied with the very common practice of Corporal Punishments in Nepalese schools - culturally accepted but constitutionally ended - I made an endeavor to coin the TFTe concept and implemented it in the school I worked in and then piloted in several schools in Nepal which received massive appreciation. I am sure this can be an authentic read and handy reference for all the teachers, administrators, and parents for managing behaviors of students and children with peace, mindulness and compassion.
