Our Health and Physical Education series has been prepared as per the new curriculum prescribed by the Curriculum Development Centre (CDC). This series is meant for Primary and Secondary Level Schools in Nepal. With the idea of inculcating health consciousness among the children, right from the Junior level, this series has been prepared.
