Headway English in need based series of books specially designed for Nepal and Nepalese living in other parts of the world. The series adopts an eclectic approach that gears towards students' fluency and accuracy of English. On the one hand there is an endeavour to integrate the four language skills, viz: listening, speaking, reading and writing. On the other hand, formal grammar is also introduced. 
The series is revised once again with reference to the current national curriculum for English. This was felt necessary not only because of the need to be in tune with the national objectives of learning English but also because to continue the series to cater to the school final examination.
