Ramlal Joshi is a prominent Nepalese writer, teacher, and former political activist from Dhangadhi, Kailali district in Sudurpashchim province. His literary journey began in 2000 (2057 BS) with the publication of his gazal collection, Hatkela ma Aakash. He gained widespread recognition for his short-story collection Aina (2016), which won the prestigious Madan Puraskar. He served as the chairman of the Sudur Paschimanchal Sahitya Samaj, an organization focused on promoting literature and culture.
