International Literacy Day Celebration with Anbika Giri

George R.R. Martin, the author of the best-selling novel 'A Game of Thrones', says, ‘a reader lives a thousand lives before he dies, the man who never reads lives only one.’ Books allow you to experience the world differently as you are seeing the world through the eyes of the character. Reading drives innovation, analytical and creative thinking, and cognitive abilities among the people.

To celebrate the joy of reading as well as to promote the reading culture among the students Kantipur English High School in collaboration with Thuprai and Edusanjal is organizing an event on Literature with renowned author and translator Anbika Giri.

Giri has penned five children's books, a novel, a collection of fiction. She has also translated the book 'Walking with the Comrades' by Arundhati Roy to Nepali.
