Don Quixote

Don Quixote is so mesmerized by reading the romances of chivalry that he fixates on becoming a knight errant and further pursues adventures along with his loyal squire, Sancho Panza. As they travel the world together, the aging Quixote's fancy leads them awry, tilting at windmills, fighting with friars, and distorting the rural Spanish landscape into a dreamland of impenetrable fortresses and wicked sorcerers.
