Tempest

After his girlfriend Holly is fatally shot during a violent struggle, Jackson uses his supernatural abilities and travels back in time to try to meet her again - He falls in love with Holly again, but also learns that his father is a spy and discovers people who are powerful enemies, and who will stop at nothing to recruit his powers for their own purposes.
