Once there was a lighthouse keeper called Mr. Grinling. At night time he lived in a small white cottage perched high on the cliffs, and in the daytime he rowed out to his lighthouse to clean and polish the light. Mr Grinling loves to eat, and Mrs Grinling is the best cook in the whole world. She puts on a truly scrumptious spread for the village picnic, but later Mr Grinling wishes he hadn't eaten quite so much...
