Indian Summer

Sarla's mother has to cancel their summer holiday to cover a news story, and Sarla is furious - until she decides to visit her grandparents. Nana and Nani live in Daroga, India, a far cry from Sarla's home in London. She befriends the mysterious Bina, who is studying to become a doctor, and her friend Sidhartha. Then Sarla hears about the bandit queen of the hills - and knows this is going to be her most amazing summer ever.
