Balance of Power

Five months into his term, President Kerry Kilcannon and his fiancee, televison journalist Lara Costello, have decided to marry. But the occasion is followed by an unspeakable tragedy challenging Kilcannon and his wife, their marriage and the Presidency in ways so personal that Kilcannon makes a vow to eradicate gun violence.
