Kate Mackenzie is forced by her boss to fire Ida Lopez, the most popular employee in the offices of New York's leading photo-newspaper. When Ida sues for wrongful termination, Kate finds herself giving a deposition in front of Mitch Hertzog, scion of one of Manhattan's wealthiest law families, a soulless corporate drone who embraces everything she despises... but also happens to have a nice smile and a killer bod.
