THE DARK CONFIDES:
Police officer Sean Alcott is pulled from the gutter after a traumatic undercover assignment and sent into a crime family run by fearsome matriarch Aileen Molloy, to get to her boss Sergeant Quinlan Carney, a traitorous high-ranking police officer who has made a fortune trafficking oil. A white Christmas two years years later, Alcott is in a relationship with Aileen's unwitting daughter Wren and getting dangerously close to Carney when the corpse of a biker cop is found dumped outside a police station with a hit list of undercover officers nailed through its forehead. Alcott's name is on the list. Yet for Alcott, who has found purpose behind the mask, there is something far worse awaiting him than death, something involving Wren's own masks and secrets.
HANGING FIELDS:
When a soldier's body is found entombed in concrete, the truth about his murder lies with those closest to him.
Joel is home from a tour of duty in the Middle East with a brutal secret. He tries to reconnect, to start anew, but menacing calls and texts say they know what he did. Stalking cars and lurking figures threaten worse. Soon he finds himself drawn into a world of dog-fighting, military drugs and cult abuse, leaving him engulfed in a paranoid rage.
Ryan, his brother, is a quiet young man who feels his life is already mapped out: no money, no job, no future. And now with Joel home and threatening to destroy the only stability he has - his girlfriend, his mother, his home - Ryan realises he must act before it's too late.
For Joel and Ryan, cruelty and betrayal become their only means of survival.
HANGING FIELDS is the exhilarating story of one man trying to escape his fate and one man hurtling toward his.
