Nicola Slater

Nicola Slater began her career as an usher, but then chose to study illustration, where she developed a passion for children's books that far surpassed her love of popcorn. She is also the illustrator of Happy Birthday to You! She lives with her family in Cheshire, England, close to the local movie theater, where she likes to occasionally lurk in the lobby.
