Kris Kelkar has led an exciting life filled with diverse experiences. He has visited nearly 40 countries for business, pleasure and transformative healing experiences. Born in India, he came to the United States at a young age. Growing up in New York City in the early 1970s, he experienced some of the seedier sides of life. Studying engineering and business, Kris became a serial high-technology entrepreneur. Throughout his highly successful career, he created numerous inventions which were awarded over a dozen patents and helped transform industries. He also built and led successful businesses based on a foundation of non-traditional concepts such as company values, 360-relationships, thinking-styles, heart-brain coherence, and communication skills.
Kris retired after experiencing two back-to-back life-threatening health crises which also accelerated his path of personal and spiritual growth. Addressing his cancer diagnosis through a journey of combining western medicine and complimentary approaches, he learned to heal his body, mind and spirit and also learned how they are all interconnected at a deep level. In his continuing explorations, he is passionate about how we as human beings relate to ourselves, to each other, and to the world around us - in effect embracing relationship as a spiritual path.
A long-time yoga practitioner and an avid meditator, Kris is skilled in many meditation techniques ranging from ancient practices like Tibetan Shamatha to cutting-edge ones like Ecstatic Breathwork, Joe Dispenza, and HeartMath. He has spent over a decade engaged in intense personal transformation through many modalities spanning conscious relationship, Tantra, Orgasmic Meditation, conscious communication, energy healing and Council (a practice of deep listening derived from indigenous cultures). In each case, he dove deep and emerged with the essence of the work that he integrated into his life. Through this process, Kris earned numerous certifications to coach and teach individuals and groups using many of these modalities.
Together with his wife Meenal, they now coach people and teach workshops that help people play the relationship game so both people win. Using their body-based framework called Third-Consciousness that incorporates lessons from their diverse training and 30 years of practice together, they continue to transform relationships and lives.
