Balbir Singh Sihag, Ph.D. received a Master’s degree in Economics from Panjab University Chandigarh, ranking first in the University. Received Ph.D. in Economics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Professor of Economics at University of Massachusetts for twenty two years and now Professor Emeritus of Economics.
