Adrian Wooldridge is a worldwide business columnist for Bloomberg Opinion. Prior to this, he spent 32 years working for the Economist, where he wrote pieces on Bagehot, Schumpeter, and Lexington. He pursued his PhD in history at Oxford University, where he was a Fellow of All Souls College. He has published 10 more books, including Capitalism in America, which he co-wrote with Alan Greenspan, and seven others (The Wake-Up Call, The Witch Doctors, A Future Perfect, The Company, The Right Nation, God is Back, and The Fourth Revolution) that he co-wrote with John Micklethwait.
