Emma Farrarons

Emma Farrarons is a French illustrator and book designer based in London. Alongside her illustration work, Emma is also a children's picture book designer at the wonderful Macmillan Children's Books.

She was trained in illustration at the Edinburgh College of Art and l'École nationale supérieure des Arts Décoratifs. Having completed a textile and printmaking course at Capellagården in Sweden, Emma has developed a particular love for the art of pattern repeat and fabric print.

Her series of colouring books which includes The Mindfulness Colouring Book and More Mindfulness Colouring has become a million-copy international best seller. Together, they are available in 21 territories and in 20 languages including: Afrikaans, Arabic, Brazilian Portuguese, Chinese, Czech, Danish, English, Finnish, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Thai and Turkish. Her latest book Mindfulness Moments published on 3 November 2016.

Her favourite art medium is are Japanese kanji calligraphy pens, markers, graphite and colouring pencils. When she is not drawing and designing, Emma is busy preparing new content for Un Petit Blog where she writes about things she likes, makes, sees and finds.
