खगेन्द्र संग्रौला नेपालका प्रगतिशील साहित्यकार हुन्। कथा र नाटक विधामा विशेष कलम चलाउने संग्रौला पछिल्लो समयमा विभिन्न पत्रपत्रिकामा राजनीतिक लेख हरू लेख्ने गर्छन्।
खगेन्द्र संग्रौलाको जन्म वि सं २००३ मंसीर १० गते पाँचथरको सुभाङ गाउँमा भएको थियो। प्रगतिशिल लेखक सङ्घ सँग आवद्ध संग्रौला हाल काठमाडौंमा बसोबास गर्दछन्।
खगेन्द्र सङग्रौलाले आफ्नै आखाको लयमा भन्ने निबन्धबाट वि. सं. २०६८ सालका पद्यश्री साहित्य सम्मान प्राप्त गर्न सफल भएका भिए ।
