Vijay Kumar Pandey is a well-known Nepali journalist, writer, and television personality, recognized for his extensive contributions to Nepali media. He began his career in 1987 with the Nepal Television show Andhyaro Ujyalo and later hosted several notable programs, including Dishanirdesh and Sanibar Vijay Kumar Sanga on Kantipur FM. In addition to his work in television and radio, Pandey was the founding editor of Nepal Magazine and has been a regular columnist for Kantipur Daily. He has also served as a consultant editor at Kantipur Television. Pandey's debut book, Khusi, was published in 2014 and won the prestigious Madan Puraskar in 2015. He followed this success with the release of his second book, Sambandhaharu, in 2020.
