Virendra Sanghavi, the founder and MD of Aarvi Encon Limited., is a man of achievement. Coming from a humble background, he made it big in the world of business through his sheer grit and dedication. Losing his mother as an infant, growing up in a big family and having to study under the street lamps due to lack of space in the house, all these obstacles only made his resolve stronger to achieve his dreams.

He was a bright student and won many accolades through his academic career and as an entrepreneur thereafter. The scale of his achievement can be mapped from his company growing from two engineers in 1987 to 4000 engineers and technicians catering to 140 major clients.
