From a humble Newa kid to someone climbing ranks in the army, trekking across Nepal with the crown prince, parachuting down to Tundikhel, and later serving as the royal personal physician-I have had a colourful life to say the least.Looking back at almost nine decades, I have lived through tragedy, disease, and terrible accidents of history. But I have also lived through happiness, joy, laughter-all with my family and friends.I never said no to a new experience, and I am glad I could do that.You could say I have lived nine lives like a cat. And I would not have it any other way.
